ADD UP TO 5 LINKS IN YOUR IG BIO
Instagram recently added a feature that allows us to add up to five links in our bios!
Here's how to do it:
Step 1: Go to your profile and click 'edit profile'
Step 2: Select 'add link'
Step 3: Click 'add external link'
Step 4: Type in or copy and paste your lin, and then type a title.
Click the tick to confirm.
Step 5: Repeat steps 3 and 4 to add up to four more links.
DISCONNECTING FROM SOMEONE ON LINKEDIN
Maybe you've realised a connection on LinkedIn is not a great connection for you professionally, or maybe their more interested in spamming you than creating a meaningful connection. Whatever your reason, here's two short videos to show you how to disconnect on LinkedIn from your phone app or browser:
Step 1: Go to your profile and click your follower count.
Step 2: Scroll down and select the follower you want to disconnect from.
Step 3: Click the three dots (phone app) or the 'more' button (browser) for the menu.
Step 4: Click 'remove connection' and confirm.
REPORTING AN IMITATION FACEBOOK PROFILE
When you realise there's a copy of your personal Facebook profile out there, pretending to be you and sending friend requests to your friends... reporting an imitation profile only takes a few seconds.
Here's a short video to show you how followed by written step-by-step instructions:
Step 1: Go to the fake profile.
Step 2: Click the 3 dots button (under the blue 'add friend' button).
Step 3: Click 'Find support or report profile' in the menu that pops up.
Step 4: In the next pop-up menu, select 'Pretending to be someone' and then tell Facebook who is being imitated.
